If you are in imminent danger and fleeing an unsafe situation, Hotline Outer Banks provides emergency housing and wraparound support for individuals and families affected by domestic violence and sexual assault.
Services are free of charge and confidential, and are available to victims whether or not they seek emergency shelter from our agency. Hotline Outer Banks does not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, disability, or age.

While in our care, survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking can access confidential counseling, assistance with legal issues, safety planning, help coordinating care, health care referrals, and connections to essential local resources. Services are available whether or not you need emergency shelter.
All services are free and completely confidential. We welcome and support all survivors with compassion and respect, serving individuals of all ages, races, abilities, marital statuses, gender identities and expressions, sexual orientations, languages, national origins, immigration statuses, religions, political affiliations, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
