24/7 CRISIS RESPONSE

If this is an emergency, please call 911.

If you are experiencing domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, or human trafficking, you can reach us any time, day or night. Even if you are not sure what you are experiencing, or whether it “counts” as abuse, we are here to listen with compassion, help you talk through your situation, and connect you with support and resources.

When you call, our highly trained crisis line team will listen, answer questions, and talk with you about what’s happening. We can help you think through options, create a safety plan and walk you through how to safely leave an abuser. We can also connect you with local resources and support.

You don’t have to face this alone.

Survivors, as well as parents, friends, and loved ones seeking guidance, are welcome to call.

You do not have to be ready to leave your situation in order to reach out. Whether you need help right now, want to plan for greater safety, or simply feel unsure about your situation, we are here to listen and help.
